2014 has seen a large growth in the first quarter for new enquiries and bookings.  We now have additional skippers and crew to cater for the increase in demand.  We are continually improving our service and processes and plan to launch a new modern website later this year.  Hopefully it will offer instant on-line quotes which is something no other yacht delivery company offers.  Our target for the first year for the new website was to position it in the top 3 in the Google rankings.  This has been achieved and maintained for over 6 months now securing our future and keeping our customer flow constant.  Once we have amended the website we plan to bring our prices down further to undercut everyone in the market.  Currently we position ourselves as one of the most competitively priced yet have more experienced skippers than most.  We also have office staff that are always available on phone or e-mail which is something our competitors don’t offer.  Once they are on the water, contact seems to be lost.  Not with us, we are always contactable and this, from what our clients say, is invaluable.

Our goals for the rest of this year is to keep skippers and crew on the water for over 70% of the time, we currently run at about 50% meaning 2 weeks in a month our guys are all out.  As we get closer to summer we expect this to naturally rise, but also with our improvements we hope to take over a larger portion of the market share.
